Wigan Athletic will once again be competing in the Mersey Masters at the Echo Arena this summer; on July 4th we will join Liverpool, Everton, Tranmere, Blackpool and Championship team Preston. With main sponsors Selco Builders Warehouse, Wigan Athletic Supporters Club will be giving away 2 pairs of tickets for the event.
The Masters Football has new sponsors this year and they are looking for a sell out at the Echo Arena on Sunday 4th July 2010, first kickoff is at 5 p.m. and tickets are priced from £7 (see http://www.mastersfootball.com/masterscup2010_mersey.htm)

Starting on May 31st and culminating with the Grand Final on September 6th, the Masters will be held across seven venues and shown exclusively live on Sky Sports. The host cities for the event are Nottingham, Liverpool, Newcastle, Manchester, London, Sheffield and Birmingham.
