Ticket Information
Wigan Athletic have received an allocation of tickets for the Barclays Premier League away fixture with Swansea City to be played on Saturday 20th August 2011 at the Liberty Stadium (3.00pm kick off).
Match tickets will go on sale to 2011/2012 home season ticket holders from 9am on Tuesday 9th August 2011 (one ticket per valid season ticket).
In the event of any match tickets remaining, they will go on general sale to registered supporters of Wigan Athletic with a previous booking history for fixtures at the DW Stadium from 9am on Friday 12th August 2011.
Please note that this fixture is all-ticket and there will be strictly no admission on matchday.

 

Subject to availability, these tickets will be on sale until 3pm on Friday 19th August 2011.

    Much as I would love to see you go home with no points, for those travelling we no longer pay at the Vetch field, as in the link above.

    Hey whats 5 years between friends……. oops typo there…… anyway we play at The Liberty Stadium. You will not feel at home as its not a quagmire that resembles a farmers field but hey thats the whole point of getting out of Wigan even if its just for a day. Have a fun day and plenty of railings outside to tie your whippets to.

    I am travellin to swansea for the game, but dont plan on goin home without any points.
    Do I need my passport as I ave never been to Wales.
    Do you have meat n tatter pies as I dont like leek n union.
    I am leavin mi whippet at home as he tends to chase sheep.
    cant wait to see our lads give your team a good thrashin.

    What makes you think we would go to the Vetch?
    The DW Stadium is a great stadium with a good pitch (except for the Blackburn game last year) which you’ll have seen if you bothered going when we played you off it not so long ago…..@ihowells
